Your payment is handled by a certified processor.
We never see, store, or process your credit card information. All payments are handled by our payment processor, which is certified at PCI-DSS Level 1 — the highest level of payment security certification available. Your card details go directly from your browser to their servers.
Your FDD text is processed and discarded.
When you paste your FDD text into our analyzer, here's exactly what happens:
- Your FDD text is sent via encrypted HTTPS to our analysis API.
- The API sends the text to our AI processing partner for analysis.
- The analysis results are returned.
- Your report is generated and delivered to you.
- Your FDD text is not saved to any database, file system, or cache on our servers.
We do not store your FDD text after analysis. Period. There is no "account" where your documents live, no file storage, and no way for us to retrieve your FDD text after your session ends.
Your data retention options
Your FDD text is analyzed and immediately discarded from our servers. Nothing is stored. This is the current and default behavior for all analyses.
Commercial AI terms protect your data.
We use a commercial AI API under terms that protect your data. Under those terms:
No model training: Data submitted through the commercial API is not used to train AI models. Your FDD text will never be used to teach an AI system.
Limited retention: The AI provider may retain API inputs for up to 30 days solely for trust and safety monitoring (detecting abuse and policy violations). After that window, inputs are deleted.
No human review of content: Under normal circumstances, the provider does not review the content of API requests. Content is only reviewed if automated systems flag a potential trust and safety violation.
HTTPS encryption on every page and API route.
All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted in transit. Every page and API endpoint operates exclusively over HTTPS.
We use anonymized analytics to understand how the site is used and improve the product. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. Your browsing behavior is never sold or shared with any third party.
Email communications are handled by a third-party provider.
If you subscribe to our email list, your email address is stored with our email service provider under their privacy policy. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. We do not share your email address with any other service or third party.
1-on-1 sessions are confidential.
Information shared during Expert Review and Systems Build Session sessions is treated as confidential. Sessions are recorded with your explicit consent — you are notified at the start of the call and recording begins only after you confirm. Recordings are stored in our secure cloud storage and used solely to prepare your written deliverables. They are not shared with any third party and are deleted after 90 days.
Scheduling is handled by our scheduling platform under its own privacy policy.
